This five-week class series explores meditation and gentle movement to de-stress, improve focus, and cultivate a positive outlook. We will practice sitting and walking meditations as well as gentle yoga. Participants will learn all they need to establish a regular home meditation practice.
The one-hour classes, offered through the Foothills Adult & Continuing Education program, are on successive Monday evenings.
